For People Who Are Moderately or Severely Immunocompromised
12 Years of Age and Older: Unvaccinated

People 12 years of age and older should receive:

• An initial 2 or 3-dose vaccine series from the same manufacturer
• Doses after the initial series can be any 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine

May receive additional doses of any 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine under shared clinical-decision making at least 8 weeks after the last dose

*Minimum interval 8 weeks
