People 5 through 11 years of age should receive:

• An initial 3-dose vaccine series from the same manufacturer
• Dose 4 can be Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech

May receive additional doses of Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine under shared clinical-decision making at least 8 weeks after the last dose

*Minimum interval 8 weeks
