Answer: FALSE. A punctured vial of vaccine can be stored at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) for up to 6 hours or at room temperature (maximally 25°C or 77°F) for up to 2 hours. Vaccine not used within this timeframe must be discarded.
