Success Framework for Adult Immunization Partner Networks

Success Framework:  

On September 17, 2022, the Immunization Services Division hosted a webinar to introduce the Success Framework for Adult Immunization Partner Networks. This webinar shared information on what the framework is, how to use it, and examples of ways awardees have already used it to improve and strengthen their partnerships to support robust adult vaccination coverage and health equity.  Representatives from Connecticut, Philadelphia, and Washington shared how the framework enabled them to grow their work in advancing adult vaccination coverage and health equity in coordination with partners. They shared tips on ways they found most helpful to best implement the framework. Subtitles are available in English.
