  Authorizes grants through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to prevent mosquito-borne diseases, and for other purposes.

• Federal. U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals. No Spray Coalition v The City of New York. An environmental group brought action
  against NYC under the citizen suit provision of the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) to enjoin renewed insecticide spraying.
  The Court held that the city's spraying did not violate RCRA. Decided June 5, 2001.
