
Call for Exhibitors
CDC’s Public Health Law
Program and the American Society for Law, Medicine & Ethics are pleased to offer this invitation
to exhibit at our 5th annual partnership conference entitled, “The Public’s Health and the Law in the
21st Century,” June 12-14, 2006, at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel.
Exhibiting Details
Exhibit space is available on three levels in the foyers
of the Grand Ballroom, the Plaza Ballroom, and the concurrent
session meeting rooms. The foyers are high traffic areas of the hotel where registration, breakfasts,
lunches and “Exhibit Breaks” will all be hosted.
Who Should Exhibit
Preference will be given to federal
and state agencies, public and private corporations and foundations,
national health and law organizations as well as publishers. Exhibitors
should be interested and engaged in using law as
a tool for improved public health.

Exhibit Space Rental FeeExhibit
space is available for a nominal fee of $150.00 to cover the cost of table rentals, and
set up fees. If your organization will not be sending a representative and a representative
will not be hosting your exhibit table, a $25 receiving fee will be added to the Exhibit Space Rental Fee.
Registration
All persons working in the Exhibit Hall must wear a conference badge at all
times. Exhibitors will be provided with a maximum of two “Exhibit
Hall Only” badges with paid exhibitor registration. Those
individuals who wish to attend conference sessions must pay
registration fees in accordance with registration guidelines.

Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come first served basis, and we will attempt
to honor all requests.

All exhibit packages will be held in the established conference office no more than five days in advance of the conference.
