This Short Course is designed for use by federal, state and local trainers/educators and other specialists in offering field training in public health law relevant to bioterrorism. It introduces basic principles of public health law and state and federal bioterrorism preparedness and response. The principal purpose of offering the Short Course in Atlanta this year is to demonstrate a resource available to attendees as they introduce policymakers, clinicians and the public health and law enforcement workforces to emergency public health law for bioterrorism preparedness and response.
