HIV/AIDS Clinicians’ Consultation Center (NCCC) has released its updated
State HIV Testing Laws Compendium at www.ucsf.edu/hivcntr. This compendium
describes each state’s policies, rules, and regulations on HIV testing
and provides state-by-state comparisons.
