School Entry Report Options
A.	Complete Survey Report
		Choose this option to receive a complete copy of the survey. Report is available for any individual grantee or as a two-grantee comparitive report.
B.	User Defined Query Report
		Choose this option to receive responses to user-selected survey questions. Report is available for any individual grantee or as a two-grantee comparison report.
C.	All Grantees Query Report
		Choose this option to receive responses to specific survey questions for ALL GRANTEES.
