This ATSDR training Web site allows you to select whether you wish to take advantage of interactive Macromedia Flash elements to enhance the training. These video interviews and interactive exercises are not essential to the course, but they do provide additional instructional value for persons who are able to take advantage of them.

Newer browsers come with built-in support for Flash. Older browsers sometimes require you to download a plug-in. To set your preference for the Flash-enabled training, select Enable Flash. If you prefer to not use the Flash elements, select Disable Flash.

NOTE: Disable Flash is the preferred option for persons who use assistive technology for accessibility.

If your computer does not have the ability to play audio, you can still choose the Enable Flash to take advantage of the interactive exercises. Each video interview is captioned and includes a link to its transcript.

Display resolution must be set to a minimun of 800X600 or higher in order to view training and all its features. For best viewing change your display settings to 1024x768.

To change your display resolution:
  1. Click the right mouse button anywhere on the desktop, and then click Properties.


  2. On the Display Properties tab, click Settings.


  3. Move the Screen area pixel slider to 1024X768.


  4. Click Apply.
